Open Try-On Panel

🔑 How do I get an Access Code?
Visit relightai.co → Sign up/Login → Dashboard → Extension tab to get your personal access code. The access code is required to use the extension's AI features.
🌐 Why doesn't the extension work on some websites?
The extension works on most shopping sites including Amazon, eBay, and major e-commerce platforms. If it doesn't work:
- Try refreshing the page
- Use manual image selection (click the hand icon ✋)
- Ensure you're on a product page with clothing images
⚠️ Image generation failed - what should I do?
Common solutions:
- Check your internet connection
- Verify your access code is valid in extension options
- Ensure the product image is clear and properly selected
- Try a different product image
- Make sure your uploaded photo shows your full body or upper body clearly
🛍️ Which shopping websites are supported?
The extension works on:
- Optimized: Amazon (all domains), eBay, Taobao/Tmall
- General support: Most e-commerce websites with product images
- Manual selection: Available on any website with images
🔒 Is my photo stored permanently?
No, your privacy is protected:
- Photos are processed temporarily for AI generation
- Original images are automatically deleted after processing
- Generated results are stored for 6 months (you can request deletion anytime)
- We never use your photos for model training without consent
🗑️ How do I clear my saved settings?
Two ways to reset:
- Method 1: Right-click extension icon → Options → clear the access code field
